On this page you will find detailed instructions how to transfer our books to popular reading devices and apps.

All our books are DRM-free so you can read them on all your devices and favorite apps, without limitations.

For casual readers or newcomers to the world of ebooks we highly recommend using our browser-based Reader. No need to download or install anything.

Kindle Devices

Transfer Methods

1. Send to Kindle (Recommended)

The easiest way to send books to your Kindle devices and apps:

  1. Download the free Send to Kindle tool for PC/Mac
  2. Install and set up the tool
  3. Download an EPUB file from your account
  4. Right-click the EPUB file and select "Send to Kindle"

There is also a web version of Send to Kindle which allows easy drag and drop for EPUBs that you want to send to your Kindle devices and/or apps.

2. USB Transfer

For direct transfer to your Kindle:

  1. Connect your Kindle via USB
  2. Copy the MOBI* file to the "DOCUMENTS" folder
  3. Safely eject your Kindle
  4. Find the book under HOME

*As of the time of this writing Amazon supports EPUB only via Amazon’s "Send to Kindle" service, not through USB sideloading. To manually copy a book to your Kindle via USB, you must use the legacy MOBI format (older devices) or convert the EPUB to a supported format like AZW3.

3. Email Transfer

To send books via email:

  1. Find your Kindle's email address in your Amazon account
  2. Add your sending email to your Kindle Personal Document Settings
  3. Email the EPUB/MOBI file to your Kindle's email address

EPUB format is now fully supported on newer Kindle devices and apps. Use MOBI only for older Kindle devices and/or USB sideloading.

iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad)

Reading with Apple Books

  1. Download the EPUB file
  2. Tap to open with Apple Books
  3. Find the book in your library

Using Kindle App

  1. Use Send to Kindle tool, or
  2. Email the file to your Kindle email
  3. Open the Kindle app to sync

Alternative Apps

  • Any EPUB reader app
  • PDF reader for PDF format
  • Browser-based reading via our online Reader

Android Devices

Direct Download

  1. Download the EPUB/PDF file
  2. Open with your preferred reading app

Kindle App for Android

  1. Use Send to Kindle, or
  2. Email to your Kindle address
  3. Open Kindle app to sync

Kobo

  1. Connect via USB
  2. Copy EPUB file to the device
  3. Find it in your library automatically

Nook

  1. Connect to computer
  2. Copy EPUB file to "My Files/Books" or "My Files/Documents"
  3. Disconnect and refresh your library (restart if needed)

Boox (Onyx Boox)

  1. Connect via USB or use cloud transfer
  2. Copy EPUB to any folder (like "Books/" or "Download/")
  3. Open using built-in reader or installed app (Koreader, Kindle, etc.)

PocketBook

  1. Connect via USB
  2. Copy EPUB to "Books/" folder
  3. Shows up automatically in the library

Tolino

  1. Connect via USB
  2. Copy EPUB file to the device
  3. Disconnect and the book appears in the library

Most e-readers support EPUB format. If yours doesn't, try the MOBI version.

Other File Formats

If your ereader or app doesn't support EPUB or MOBI you can use Calibre to convert your files into any desired format, such as Amazon's proprietary AZW3 (KF8) or even obscure legacy formats like FB2 or LIT.

Since all our books are 100% DRM-free you can convert them into any format you like.
