Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  1. Use our contact form to send us an email
  2. Specify the account you wish to delete

Purchase Management

Accessing Purchases

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Library"
  3. View all your purchased titles
  4. Download in any available format

Gift Purchases

You can purchase books as gifts for others:

LearnOutLive Checkout

  1. During checkout, enter the recipient's email address in the "Email address" field
  2. Purchase confirmations and access instructions will be sent directly to the gift recipient
  3. Or: just use your own email address during checkout and use our contact form to let us know the recipient's email address so we can set up an account for them

Gumroad Checkout

  1. Click the "Give as a gift" toggle during checkout
  2. Follow Gumroad's gifting process to complete the purchase

Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or made an accidental purchase:

  1. Use our contact form to request a refund
  2. Include your order details in the message
  3. Explain the reason for the refund request
