No need to create an account before purchasing! Your account is automatically created at checkout using the email you enter. You'll be logged in automatically and can set your password anytime in your account.

Login Help

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Use the password reset link on the login page
  2. Check your email for reset instructions
  3. Create a new password

Change Email and/or Password

To change your email or password please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the little profile icon
  3. Set your new address and/or password and verify the changes if prompted

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  1. Use the contact form to send us an email
  2. Specify the account you wish to delete and why
  3. We will process your request as soon as possible

Please note that this process will permanently erase all user data, remove all purchase records and cannot be undone.

Purchase Management

Accessing Purchases

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Library"
  3. View all your purchased titles
  4. Download in any available format

Existing Gumroad Purchases

If you bought books through Gumroad in the past, your original Gumroad receipt and Gumroad library remain available for immediate file access. Your purchases can also be synchronized with your LearnOutLive account:

  1. Go to Forgot password
  2. Enter the same email address used for the Gumroad purchase
  3. Check your email for password-reset instructions
  4. Set a password and sign in
  5. Open My Library to access your purchases

You do not need to repurchase legacy Gumroad purchases. If a purchase is missing, check the email address used at checkout and contact support with your Gumroad receipt or order details.

Gift Purchases

You can purchase books as gifts for others:

LearnOutLive Checkout

  1. During checkout, enter the recipient's email address in the "Email address" field
  2. Purchase confirmations and access instructions will be sent directly to the gift recipient
  3. Or: just use your own email address during checkout and use our contact form to let us know the recipient's email address so we can set up an account for them

Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or made an accidental purchase:

  1. Use our contact form to request a refund
  2. Include your order details in the message
  3. Explain the reason for the refund request

  • Grid View - Shows book covers in a grid layout
  • List View - Shows detailed book information in rows
